Discovery
We learn how the work happens today: who is involved, which tools hold the data and where time and money leak. You get a written summary of what we found, whether or not we work together.

Planning
We agree the scope, the first release and how success will be measured. Larger projects are split into phases so you see working software early and can change direction between phases.

Design
Flows, interfaces and system architecture are designed and reviewed with you before build starts. For automations this is a process map; for products and websites, clickable screens.

Development
We build in short cycles in your repository, with a staging environment you can use at any time and a short demo at the end of each cycle.

Testing
Automated tests, accessibility and performance checks, and real-world trials with your team. Automations run alongside the existing process until the results match.

Launch & support
We deploy, monitor the first weeks closely and hand over documentation. Ongoing support and improvements are available on a monthly basis if you want them.

- Fixed price per phase once the scope is agreed, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. No open-ended hourly billing.

- One shared channel, a named lead on our side and a short written update every week.
- Ownership
- You own the code, designs and accounts. We work in your repository and infrastructure from the start.

- Agreed after discovery, when the scope is understood. We do not quote delivery dates before we know the work.
