01About us and these terms

This website is run by Porifyx. When we say “Porifyx”, “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean us. When we say “you”, we mean anyone using the website.

By using porifyx.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms only cover the website. If we carry out work for you, that work is covered by a separate written proposal and agreement, which we will both sign before anything starts. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.

02Using our website

You are welcome to browse the site, read our content and share links to it, whether for personal interest or business research. We ask you not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• try to get into parts of the site that are not public, including our admin area, or test the site for weaknesses without our written permission;
• upload or send viruses, malicious code or spam through our forms or chatbot;
• copy large parts of the site automatically, or send so many requests that it slows the site down for others;
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

If someone breaks these rules, we may block their access, including their network address, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

03The information on our website

We work hard to keep our website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information. It is not professional advice and it is not an offer to do business on particular terms.

• Prices, timelines and recommendations are only confirmed in a written proposal from us.
• Projects marked as a concept are demonstrations we designed to show how we work. They are not work for a real client.
• Figures shown in concept screenshots, and the business goals listed on project pages, are targets or examples. They are not promises of the results you will get.

04Our chatbot

Our website includes an AI chatbot that answers questions about our services. It is an automated assistant, not a person, and its answers can sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Its replies are not advice and do not form part of any agreement with us, so please check anything important with our team. You must not use the chatbot to try to get around its instructions, extract information it should not share, or produce content that is harmful or misleading.

05Booking a consultation

You can book a free initial consultation through our website, unless the booking page says otherwise. Your confirmation email includes a link to reschedule or cancel at any time. If we ever need to move a consultation, we will let you know as early as we can and offer you another time.

06Contacting us through the website

When you send us a message, please make sure the details you give are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through our forms or chatbot. We will reply to genuine enquiries as soon as we can, usually within one working day.

07Our content and brand

Everything on this website, including the Porifyx name and logo, the design, text, images, screenshots and code, belongs to us or to the people who have allowed us to use it. It is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit. You may not copy, sell or reuse our content, design or code for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client names and project screenshots appear with permission or with identifying details removed.

08Links to other websites

We sometimes link to other websites, such as live client projects or useful resources. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or the way they handle your information.

09Our responsibility to you

We do our best to keep the website running smoothly and securely, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site without notice.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, that comes from using or not being able to use the website.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law. If you use our website as a consumer, nothing here affects your legal rights.
