01 The problem
Making faceless explainer videos took a day per video across a writer, a voice artist and an editor, which made a regular publishing schedule unaffordable.
02 The approach
A pipeline that chains script generation, text-to-speech with word timestamps, stock footage search and ffmpeg editing. Each step can be reviewed and redone before rendering, captions are burned in, and finished videos go to a render queue.
