01 The problem
Staff and patients were asking the same questions about policies, consultants and treatments by phone and email. Answers lived in scattered documents and Google Drive folders, live support had no shared inbox, and booking a consultant meant several calls.
02 The approach
One platform with three parts. The knowledge assistant answers from approved documents and Google Drive, grouped into knowledge bases with department-level access control. A lightweight chat widget brings the same answers to the public website, with live hand-off to staff, an agent console, chat history and satisfaction surveys. Visitors can book consultants straight from the chat, and admins manage consultants, hospitals, appointments, users, departments, webhooks and a full audit log. The AI backend is pluggable (Cloudflare Workers AI or n8n), with two-factor sign-in, encryption and rate limiting built in.
