01 The problem

The brand sold through social media and direct messages, which made it hard to present the full range, look premium or track orders. A full e-commerce build would have been slow and costly for a growing catalogue.

02 The approach

We created an editorial design system that matches the product: rich imagery, refined typography and subtle motion. Collections and product pages explain notes and occasions, a cart drawer keeps shoppers on the page, and an order reservation flow sends structured orders to the team for confirmation. The build is fast and mobile-first, because most of the audience arrives from social media on a phone.

03 Objectives

  • Present the full catalogue in a premium, on-brand experience
  • Move orders from direct messages to structured reservations
  • Keep mobile Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds
  • Grow newsletter sign-ups for launches and restocks
  • Raise average order value with collection bundles

04 Key features

  • Editorial brand design
  • Collections and product pages
  • Cart drawer
  • Order reservation flow
  • Reviews and newsletter capture
  • Mobile-first responsive layouts
