01 The problem
VTU margins are thin and depend on several upstream providers and payment gateways. When a provider fails or changes price, transactions fail, refunds pile up and customers move to a competitor. Reconciliation across gateways was manual and slow.
02 The approach
We built an admin platform that routes every product to the best available provider with automatic failover, reprices plans in bulk, and watches provider health in real time. Wallets, payouts and referrals are managed in one place, Paystack, Monnify, Kuda and PayVessel are integrated, and support has an inbox with customer context. Every change is written to an audit log.
