01 The problem
The group’s WordPress site had grown to 38 plugins, scored poorly on Core Web Vitals and broke after updates. Online booking was a contact form, and every clinic page looked different.
02 The approach
An inventory of every URL and its traffic, a custom design system, and a fast site with online booking against live clinic availability. Every old URL gets a mapped 301 redirect, metadata and structured data carry over, and rankings and Core Web Vitals are monitored through launch.
